Terms and Conditions

Because our cosmetic dusting powders are carefully handcrafted in small batches, please allow 7 business days for us to blend, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio. 

• Shipping - We ship via USPS / FedEx / UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your delivery location. 
• Delivery - Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, inclement weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.   Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-send the item. 

• All sales are final - Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, all sales of our handmade body dusting powders are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or if you simply do not like a chosen scent or variation.
• Damaged, missing, or incorrect items- We take great care in hand-crafting and packing your order, but if an item arrives damaged, you received the wrong variation, or an item is missing please contact us at tce@tslove.org within 3 days of the carrier's marked delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photograph of the damaged product or packaging error. Once verified, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
• Processing Your Refund - If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
• Lost or Stolen Packages - Refunds are not issued for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed by the shipping carrier, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.  We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier verifies as successfully delivered to your address.  

• Cancellation Timeframe- Because our cosmetic dusting powders are carefully handcrafted in small batches and packed quickly for freshness, we accept order cancellations strictly within 12 or 24 hours of your purchase.
• How to Request a Cancellation- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at tce@tslove.org with the subject line "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]". If your request falls within the eligible timeframe, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
• Already Processed/Shipped Orders- : Once an order has been custom-blended, packaged, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. Because our items are cosmetics, we cannot accept a cancellation request via a return or refusal of the package upon delivery. All sales become final once the cancellation window closes.
• Changes to Your Order- If you selected the wrong variation (such as the wrong scent or jar size) or entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within the cancellation window. We will do our best to correct the error before processing your order.
